After paying, based on the type of offering you bought we have the following guidelines:

1. Digital Downloads (Ebooks, Courses) - they will be sent via email few minutes after payment is complete with instructions to use and download.

2. Services (all energetic services) - will be sent via email 5-10 days after the payment is complete and all requested photos/videos are being sent via email to a@lemurianwhisperer.com

3. Physical products - will be shipped 3-5 days after payment is complete. Tracking will be sent via email. We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and couriers for international deliveries (please share phone number for international deliveries)

For physical products, each country will tax the buyer a custom's fee which represents the handling and custom clearance done by the destination country. These fees are independent of us and are buyer's responsibility once the product arrives in the destination country.
